I wanted to publish and view Outlook calendar online so that I could schedule meeting with persons outside my organization? How do I share the calendar online?

Publish And View Outlook Calendar Online In Windows 10

The Windows Outlook Calendar in Office 365 has a feature that can help you publish your calendar on the web.

1. Go to your calendar: Make sure that you’re on the “Home” tab, and then in the main ribbon, there is a button that says Publish Online.

2. Choose the calendar you want to publish.

3. Set your permissions with the options like Not Shared, Availability only, Limited details and full details

4. Click save

5. Then two links will appear an HTML link that is just for sending your calendar and an ICS link to the recipient who wants to subscribe to your calendar.
