Why does the VDS basic provider error 490 appear in event viewer on windows 7? How to fix this problem?
Fix VDS Basic Provider Error 490 In Event Viewer
The best solution to this problem is just to ignore it. This message occurs when tools like Deamon tools or other similar software that provide virtual disks via VDS are used or opened. This error can be resolved by reinstalling your virtual drive software. You can also disable it using the registry method also.
