I have the Sony PS Vita and it works perfectly fine until I play some specific games in which it says it has lost connectivity, like while playing Uncharted. Is it some kind of power saving problem? Or something to do with the games? Please help in resolving the issue !
I guess you refer “lost connectivity” to the error “the connection to the server has been lost”. If this is the case, try doing the following: reset the router and then go to the Home screen then navigate to Settings, Network, and then Wi-Fi Settings. Do this to attempt to connect to the access point again.
If you don’t know how to reset your router, you may need to check on your router’s manual for complete instructions. If that doesn’t work, try updating your router’s firmware to the latest version. Also, refer to your router’s manual for proper instructions. If that doesn’t work either, try checking if there is a problem in your internet connection.
Try checking with your PC if you can connect to the internet. If you don’t have an internet connection, try to contact your Internet Service Provider and relay the problem. In this case, the problem is on their side and you have to wait until the problem is fixed. If you cannot connect to the PlayStationNetwork, use your PC and then visit the Sony Computer Entertainment website then check the status of the PlayStationNetwork for your region.
