I have been trying to open a particular application but, every time I open it, it crashes with a dialogue box showing Visual Basic runtime error 91. I want to know what it means?

In a Windows-based environment, a Visual Basic runtime error 91 may occur during the installation of an application or while running a program. It can also occur during the blogging phase of your computer or the fresh installation of Windows. The Visual Basic DCOMCnfg.exe file in your computer is a known source of this error.

In a programming environment, this error might refer that a variable without value is being referenced. Mass network blackouts might be another reason.
