I have installed a new online game on my laptop and I when I want to log in this Client error appear and close my game. On my laptop I have another 2 online games and they are running smoothly. Why I can’t log in on my Client? Is this game with error or my PC?

Since this is an online game normally started with a game launcher or a game client, make sure you are using the latest version of the game client. Sometimes, online games release updates for the game client. There are also times when starting the game client, it automatically updates the components and you no longer need to download the new client.
In your case, visit the official website of the online game and check if there is a new version of the client. If there is then just download it on your computer and install it to replace your old version. If it doesn’t have a new version, see if there is an available patch because it is more likely that a patch is available. The patch normally fixes some errors encountered in the client.
Also make sure the game supports your operating system. You can find the system requirements of the game in the official website itself. Install any required components, or update your Service Pack to meet the requirements. Sometimes you can receive this error if you have an incompatible operating system. If you verify that your operating system is supported try running the game client as administrator.
Right-click on the game client’s icon and select Properties. Select Compatibility tab and check “Run this program as an administrator” under “Privilege Level” section at the bottom. Click OK and try starting the game again. See if this works.
