Problems antivirus cannot remove the virus

These few months I am very confused, because there is a problem in my computer. I am trying saya. sudah way to solve that problem. I mean the problem of computer viruses. Many of my friends suggested that Antivirus downloaded on the internet for free there.

I tried suggestions from friends and finally I installed a free Antivirus. For a month I use the Antivirus software and it was running fine. In August I checked my computer and my computer was getting worse than it becomes. My computer is made to die by a virus because I used Antivirus that does not work to eradicate the virus. All of my data turned into shortcut.

 

Please give me a solution to eradicate the virus? including what is it? why I can not remove the virus?

I would like to refer you to install the registered version of Kaspersky and update it completely and then scan all of your files which are saved in different partitions.

I hope that your problem will be resolved if your problem persists then you need to format your partitions during Windows and you will loose all of your data once, but no need to worry after completely formatting you can retrieve your data by a powerful free software i.e. EASUES data recovery software.

Hello Ghost,

When you installed the antivirus you were not supposed to leave it just at that. You are supposed to be updating the antivirus frequently, at least weakly so as to keep it strong so as it can counter any viruses that might want to invade the system.

It also depends with the antivirus that you are using. If it is not strong enough, then it may not offer your system the best protection against viruses, and therefore you will be required to get a strong antivirus for your system.

One of the best free antivirus that I will recommend is the AVG antivirus. It will offer you protection from all sorts of viruses and malware.
