thanks techyvs for your support.

my windows explorer is not working properiy.it shows this every time that it has stopped working.is it a crash?just tell what is the solution.regards.

Problem in windows explorer created somehow

Hello Mr.Sattar.

Your windows 7 is facing a small problem.There might be an unnecessary file.Just follow the steps given below-

1.Right click on start buton.

2.Go to search and type 'cmd'.

3.A file will appear 'cmd.exe'.

4.Right click on that file and click on 'run as administrator'.

5.A box will appear.Write down 'Sfc/scannow' and press enter.

6.Cmd will scan your windows and remove all the unnecessary files.

7.Restart your computer and your problem is solved.

Note:It will take 8-10 minutes to scan the windows.

Problem in windows explorer created somehow

To solve the problem you are having, you can try using System Restore to restore your computer to a date when Explorer was working well. Press the Start button, then type "rstrui" (without the " marks) then press Enter. Once System Restore opens up you can then click Next on the window that appears then select the appropriate date when Explorer was working well then click Next, then Finish. Your PC will shut down and restart when then restore is complete.
