s*********[email protected]. This is my first e-mail ID. Most of cases I use this e-mail ID. But recently I have faced a problem. The problem is, I can enter into my mail but I can not enter into the yahoo messenger using this ID. But I am 100% sure that I entered correct user name and password. Please help me. I can not contact with my friends using yahoo messenger.
The problem that you have identified is that you are using the same id and you are entering the correct username and correct password but still in can't be logged in. What you have to do when you are entering the username and password you have to check that your are using the correct Case. the yahoo is Case sensitive if you have enter your username or password in small case while you created you id an now you are using the same username and password but different in case. then you will not give access to your mail box. Your problem actually is a quite easy, you said that you are very sure using the correct username and password but still you can't logged in your yahoo messenger. Well, I will only suggest to you, if you can't able to open your yahoo messenger  but you said you can still open your yahoomail. Okay here's what you are going to do. You can still chat your friends using your yahoomail. From the lower left of your yahoomail where you can see your online friend who is available to chat. That's it you can now chat them.
