Problem with Sync tasks between SharePoint and inbox

Hi there,

When I try to work with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint, I got this error message. The problems triggered when try to sync task between SharePoint and the inbox, and work with them anywhere. How do I fix this issue? Please help me to resolve this error and to find solutions. Thanks a lot.

Problem with Sync tasks between SharePoint and inbox

Hello,

It sounds like you’re using any older version of SharePoint site that doesn’t support the task you’re trying to do. In order to fix this issue, you have to upgrade your site to SharePoint Online 2013 to complete the task.

This upgrading process is a little time consuming so you’ll like to make a plan to perform this task. Here is the Microsoft Office SharePoint Help that explains everything to upgrade your SharePoint server. Don’t forget to make a backup before you proceed.
