Problem with my computer speakers

Hi everyone,

I got a problem with my computer Speakers sound, so how can i resolve this issue? Because after I installed a USB Phone its not functioning. I already switch the settings manually each time. So any help with that?

Problem with my computer speakers

 

Hey there,

 The problem may be that the drivers for your USB phone changed the default settings of your sound preferences. The USB phone may have been set as the default speakers and your main speaker are now sitting idle and do not receive any output signal from your computer hence not producing any sound. You can try to set back your speakers as the default audio device to restore your sound.

 First open up Control Panel then select Sound. Then select your speakers (one that is connected to your audio output device) then click on Set as Default. Afterward click OK. This should fix the sound problem.
