Hi Experts,

The problem is with my Autodesk Vault Professional 2013 (Server).

It shows an error message with an error code 1920. “Service 'MSSQL$AUTODESKVAULT' (MSSQL$AUTODESKVAULT) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services”-

I do not understand the error message. Please help me.

Hi,

This is a common error that occurs during the installation of Autodesk professional 2013. This occurs because of a missing Autodesk vault.

In order to successfully install Autodesk vault professional 2013 you need to have the following two vault pre-installed on your computer.

– Autodesk vault SQL service

– Microsoft SQL engine

Go to the control panel of your computer and click uninstall a program. In the list of installed programs check for the above two vaults. If you do not find them, then install them before you try to install Autodesk vault professional 2013.

Even if one of the vaults is missing, it will not run.
