The problem is with my Autodesk Data Management Server Console 2013

Hi Experts,

The problem is with my Autodesk Data Management Server Console 2013. While trying a back up using ADMS Console it threw the message "Failed to create full backup task". I do not know the reason behind this failure.

If you have any idea on this issues please help me.

The problem is with my Autodesk Data Management Server Console 2013

Hi,

You are facing this error because the Windows task scheduler uses the month/day/year format. So the backup task could not be performed. Follow the steps below to change the format:

1. Change the format of the date to mm/dd/yyyy in Autodesk. You can do this by clicking on Properties and then go to the others tab. After you change the format, click save changes.

2. Now, in the windows task scheduler window run the following command:

• schtasks.exe /Create /SC WEEKLY /D SUN /TN "Vault Full Backup" /TR ""H:libDebugVaultFullBackup.bat"" /ST 23:00:00 /SD mm/dd/yyyy.
• When you run the above command the format will be set to mm/dd/yyyy.

Now, the formats of both Autodesk and Windows task scheduler are the same, so there will be no error when creating the backup task.
