Hi Experts,

I installed DL 19837065. Since then Vault 2013 for my MS Office applications is not working properly and giving the error message frequently.

Please have a look at the error message attached below.

Could not load file or assembly 'Autodesk.DataManagement.Client.Framework.Vault.Forms, version=17.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=aa20f34aedd220e1' or one of its dependencies.

An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format” – I do not understand the error message. Please let me know about it.

Hi,

The problem you are facing is due to a technical error in the DL19837065. When DL19837065 was released a lo of people downloaded it and most of them faced the same issue. Autodesk then started working on the issue and they came out with a hotfix DL20133057. This fixes the error faced in DL19837065. Just follow the steps below:

1. Uninstall DL19837065 from your computer.
2. Make sure that all the components of DL19837065 are removed during the uninstallation process.
3. Go to this link. This is where you will find the hotfix. You will find two files, click on the zip file and the download will start automatically.

Now install the hotfix on your computer and your problem will be solved

An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format

This is a known issue that happens after installing the DL19837065. Since it was a really buggy edition it is unpublished and should not be used as it will only cause problems and give you headaches. This bug was fixed back in the early autumn last year and unfortunately, there is no other solution of this problem than to uninstall DL19837065 and install the newer hotfix. Please, update your hotfix with the newer one.
