Hallo Johnnie,

Did you make any upgrades lately, or just changes to the Adobe plugin? Because the errors that you are getting are mostly caused by upgrades that result into compatibility issues. To resolve the issue, you will need to do the following:

  • You will need to restore the system to remove any changes that you might have made that are causing the compatibility issues.
  • If the problem persists, you might need to completely uninstall the Adobe plugin and then perform its clean installation to remove any bugs that may be generating the error.

Hope this helps

Regards,

Carl

If you are experiencing a problem with your Adobe Reader, try to uninstall and reinstall the program or download the latest version for your operating system. For Mac users, go to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Here, select your correct operating system then your desired language. Select the available version for your operating system then download the program.

For Mac, Adobe Reader supports OS X 10.6.4 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion, 10.8 Mountain Lion, 10.9 Mavericks, 10.10 Yosemite, 10.11 El Capitan, 10.12 Sierra, 10.13 High Sierra, and 10.14 Mojave. This should fix the problem. Alternatively, you can download and use Foxit Reader. It’s a great PDF reader alternative to Adobe Reader.

Foxit Reader supports OS X 10.9 Mavericks, 10.10 Yosemite, 10.11 El Capitan, 10.12 Sierra, and 10.13 High Sierra. For Windows, it supports Windows 7, Windows 8.x, and Windows 10.
