Hello,

Downloading apps from Android Market is quite easy. All you need to do is to have a Google account.

In order to create a Google account, go to this page. Fill out all the information required in the specific fields and complete your sign up.

Then, from your Android device,

1. Go to Apps >> Settings.

2. Under “ACCOUNTS”, tap “Add account”.

3. Tap “Google”.

4. Tap “Existing”.

5. Enter your Google account’s username and password and tap “Next”.

6. Wait for a few moment.

After the process is finished, go to Google Play Store. Browse for your favorite app and click “Install”. You must connect to the Play Store from your Android. The download of your app will start in a few moments and when installed, it’ll give you notification.

Thus, you can easily install any app from Google Play Store.

If your Android phone is brand new, you certainly won’t be able to download any app on the Google Play Store until you update Play Store. This is every user’s gateway to downloading thousands of apps. Your phone may also require you to add your Google account for use with Google Play.

Once you’ve added your Google account on your phone, connect your phone to your Wi-Fi and Play Store should update automatically. If this doesn’t work, try updating Google Play manually. Launch the Play Store app then tap the three-bar horizontal menu on the upper left corner. Select “Settings” then tap “Play Store version.”

If an update is available, Play Store will start updating automatically. But if it says “Google Play Store is up to date,” it means you have the latest version and you don’t need to update it. In this case, you may start downloading apps on the Google Play Store.

If you are new to Android, you need to know how apps are updated automatically as well as how to update them manually. Go to Update your Android apps for more details.
