If you’ve installed lots of apps, your device will surely run slow because of the junk files created by all those apps. There might be any running app that is also causing this trouble.

First of all, restart your device. Hold on the “Power” button and select “Restart”. This should restart all the processes of the system and make your phone smoother.

Use any good Android cleaner app like Clean Master, CCleaner etc. to clean unwanted cache files and other junk files.

Also, install the latest software update available for your device. Connect to your internet connection, go to Apps >> Settings >> About device >> Software update >> Update. Install the latest update and restart your phone.

Updating your apps are highly recommended.

1. Go to Apps >> Google Play Store.

2. Tap the “Play Store” icon.

3. Select “My Apps”.

4. Apps with update available will be shown. Tap “Update”.

Now, your phone and your apps should go fine.

• Restarting the device (since a refreshing reboot has the capability to fix certain system issues)
• Following the system updates regularly
• Reinstalling the latest & the compatible versions of the particular gaming apps and other applications that are currently installed in the device

If all the attempts prove useless, it is advisable to install the latest system back up so that the device is freed from any processes related to the issue.

If your phone keeps freezing, check the task manager and close every app you see running. Sometimes when you exit an app it doesn’t automatically close. It remains running in the background. That’s why it is important to check the task manager every time you exit an app. Another way is to restart the phone.

If you have other problems with your phone, try factory resetting from Recovery Mode. With the phone completely off, press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons simultaneously until the logo appears. When the logo appears, release the Power button but continue holding the other keys. When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release all buttons.

To navigate between the options, press the Volume Up/Down buttons. To select or Enter, press the Power button. Now, press Volume Down and go to “wipe data/factory reset” then press the Power button to select. Next, press Volume Down and go to “Yes — delete all user data” then press the Power button to select.

Android will begin clearing your phone’s data so just wait. When it is finished, go to “reboot system now” and press Power. Note: before doing this, backup your phone’s data to the memory card and then remove the memory card and SIM card from the device.
