Problem in creating parked domain with sub-domain blog.gofurrurlong.com

Hi experts,

Through my existing domain named gofurrurlong.com, I pointed a sub-domain named blog.gofurrurlong.com to helihost of Google Hosting.

The whole process was as under in GoDaddy:

 

Then, with the sub-domain blog.gofurrurlong.com, I wanted to create a park domain. It shows the problem creating the parked domain. The screenshot of the problem is given below:

Subsequently, for a few days my sub-domain the sub-domain blog.gofurrurlong.com was in waiting and I think a problem has occurred there.

Please help me to solve the issue.

Problem in creating parked domain with sub-domain blog.gofurrurlong.com

Hi,

The reason for the problem is that you first created a domain with an IP address and then you created a sub-domain with the same IP address. The web hosting service does not allow you to create multiple domains with the same IP address.

Every domain is assigned an IP address through which it communicates. This IP address cannot be used to create another domain or sub-domain. If you want to create another domain or a sub-domain then you need to assign it a new IP address. Using this new IP address you can link the sub-domain to the main domain. You can link multiple sub-domains to a single domain.

Try to contact your web hosting service provider and explain them the problem you are facing. They will allocate you a new sub-domain with the required settings and specifications.
