Problem in adding address at Microsoft Office

Recently, I am examining Microsoft Office 2010 Professional (Beta) and I faced an interesting problem.  As soon as replying the e-mail with an attachment, the email is usually "rejected" indicating that the items are not directed. The e-mail address is solved through the global list.  But whenever I start the e-mail through the beginning, affixing exactly the same document as well as while using exact solved address, this transmits well.

Anybody who has an idea? Many thanks in advance.

Hi Moria,

You may want to try to disable and removed your antivirus software application. You then need to reinstall the antivirus application. You need to make sure to disable the mail scanning features as this may be causing you the problem.

You can also try to recreate your email profile as your email profile may have already been corrupted which leads to this problem. To recreate your profile, just go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Mail > Add a new profile > Follow the prompt.

You can also try to open outlook on the safe mode setting for you to see if the issue is persisting.
