Print a yearly planner on MS-Word or Excel

What software can I use in printing an all day appointments that will look like a yearly planner? It should have months and names arrange in columns and days arrange in rows. I am thinking of using MS-Word or Excel. The planner should be similar with the color coded yearly planner downloadable thru internet.  Does anyone have any idea on how to do this?

Hello Johnny,

I think ms excel will be the perfect program to use for organizing and planning your daily appointments for it has rows and columns already set for you, and all you need to do is specify the fields accordingly depending on your planner. Excel has a  lot of functionalities like the date feature, the functions and other formatting options that will find easy to use and which will make editing of your work so easy.

I would not recommend ms word, though it is good too, but with it you will have to take a lot of time designing the tables and adding more functionalities which you could have easily and freely found in excel.
