Hello, experts, I want to know that how can multiple users update a Word document at the same time. Kindly guide me through the steps to perform Microsoft Office multi user update. Currently, I’m working on Word 2010.

1. Ensure that you stored your file on OneDrive.

2. In the Word click on the share button and insert one or more email addresses you want to send your file to.

3. Set the permission to “can edit.”
4. Choose “Yes” for editing simultaneously.

5. Click on the share.
Now you can change and edit the document simultaneously.
