I recommend you to run a memory check on your PC. It could be because of your memory card got corrupted. You can check it with the built-in tool provided by Microsoft. To use it-

• Press the window key and ‘R’ key together. It will open the Run command. Enter ‘mdsched.exe’ and click ‘OK.’

• Be ready to restart your computer by closing all other programs. Click on ‘Restart now and check the problems.’ But if you don’t want to restart it now, click on ‘Check for problems the next time I start my computer.’

• When your PC restarts, you will see a blue screen showing the progress of the check and the memory run pass.

If no problem is shown, then the memory card on your PC does not have any issues. Now you should reset virtual memory. If still the problem is not resolved, try running a disk check continued by a system file check. If the issue is being continued then try disabling C-States in BIOS. It will solve your problem.
