Panda Cloud Antivirus Receives Error Code 1 after Scanning

Hi!

I have read a lot of positive feedback about this "Panda Cloud Antivirus". They say its great, so I decided to switch and I installed it yesterday. Everything was going smooth without encountering any problems during the installation.

I couldn't wait to try it out, so I did a quick scan of my computer. But after the scan was complete, an error message suddenly appeared. I clicked the link and was redirected on their support forum. I was relieved that there was a solution for it. So I followed the instructions carefully, but after that I still got the same error. Anyone out there who knows how to fix this problem?

Windows Error Code 1 Error

Generally "Error code 1" means incorrect functions has been performed or there is an invalid function. This usually happens in two scenarios:

1. A driver update has been run, removing/reinstalling the old driver will resolve this issue. It is always a wise action of checking known issues on the manufacturer's website before upgrading drivers, this is just to make sure there is no issues. Usually system restore will correct this error.
2. When a software has been installed, usually a newly installed software will interact with the system on such utility or even spyware or a virus. Normally system restore will correct this but before doing the system restore, first run all virus and spyware check, or checkout for virus and spyware articles if needed.

Panda Cloud Antivirus Receives Error Code 1 after Scanning

Panda Cloud Scanning has reported this errors in Windows Vista and Windows 7.

You’ll have to create exceptions handler and to submit the file to Panda for their review.

Panda Cloud Antivirus Receives Error Code 1 after Scanning

Windows error 1 is an error which tells that there are some corrupted files in the folder of that panda antivirus where it installed. So you must check on those files.

Sometimes there is also an error in windows do check that error also. The solution for you is that you can open the control panel from the start menu and then start add/remove program and then there you found a copy of that file named panda. There you found a button named as uninstall or may be repair so press that key and then repair that software in a new way and then try to run it if again it shows an error then you can install that software in a new way or simple get a new copy of it .
