You are getting security alerts when you open Outlook even though you have the licenses. You need at least two certificates; one of OWE/Outlook anywhere and another one is for auto-discover.

You need to request for another certificate for SSL. When you open the SSL certificate and it is not working, you will get a security warning. You also need to check this link for this issue.

On the other hand, you need to check your Outlook security option.

You need to go Tools menu, then Option, then Email option and then finally desktop alert setting.
