Outlook IMAP Service Shows 800ccc0e Error

800ccc0e error is an IMAP outlook error. It occurs because of the corrupt PST files, IMAP account has not to sync properly, incorrect or improper account settings, insufficient system storage, and outlook PST file got oversized. The steps to resolve the error code are as follows:

Step 1: Open the Microsoft Outlook application, and click on the File.
Step 2: Go to Info >> Account Settings.
Step 3: Click on Yahoo ‘configured id’ and then hit on the Change button.
Step 4: Click on the ‘More Settings’ button.
Step 5: Now, click on the Advanced tab, then click on the ‘Root Folder path’ box and type inbox. Click on OK to update all the settings.
Step 6: Close all the applications and restart the computer.
