Do you have any ideas if what methods should I need to do about this? Because one of our users working Outlook 2003.And they experienced the blue font color while replying to an email instead of a black font color. And the font is always set to 12 but every time when replying to a certain email it always turned to font 10.It happens during making a response to the certain email the signature that always default manually.
Outlook font issue. Changes font size
That could be happening because you may have changed the default font size to be used when using the mail service to 10 instead of 12, and therefore you will need to go to the email account settings for whichever mail service that you are using and change the font size settings. You will need to change the default settings back to 12 and then make sure that you have saved the changes because if you change and not save the changes, if you go back you will be faced with the same situation.
Otherwise you may just be changing the font size of the text of the message that you want to deliver to your desired font size, for it is not that hectic I think.

Outlook font issue. Changes font size
Hello Tadelesh, I have read your issue regarding the default font color upon replying for an email. I have experienced the same problem before. I will share with you on how you can edit your replies using black or another font color and not the default one. There are five steps in order for us to change the defaulted color. First go to Tools then click Options. Look for Mail Format then click Fonts. This will help you in choosing different or a variety of font colors in replying to emails. You can always do this if every time you create a reply for an email a default blue color appears.
