Hi,

I did find Troubleshoot Outlook matter with Microsoft’s Outlook Configuration Analyzer.

 

 

What should I do in this position?

Outlook Configuration Analyzer issues help

 

Hi Nicklausrashawn,

The screenshot you provided and the error message for Outlook Configuration Analyzer tool is a bit vague. We cannot identify the files that caused the crash or error. However, if you try to check the tab ALL ISSUES it will display significant files that caused the crash like DLL files or any registry configurations which also will provide links to Microsoft support page on how to fix the problem. And if you try to switch to the Tree format also, you can view the last error messages that Outlook displayed before it crashed. Hope this helps.
