Hi there

This error occur because what you doing is wrong. You’re trying to save something in a folder which is not existing. So what you need to do to solve this problem is simply follow these steps

1st go to menu bar > click on the particular file which you’re trying to copy

2nd Select save as function to save

3rd change the destination where the file should be saved

4th Give a user name > save the file

Note – make sure that you save it with right allowance unless you will be facing problems in it also

Best of luck

Hi there Donna R Erwin,

Some more details about your system would be of a great help in determining your problem. However, I will try to give you some directions where to look and what to do to troubleshoot the problem.

The error is most likely caused due to wrong path of the folder where you're trying to save the document.

Using the menu bar, choose the file you'd like to save. Instead of a simple save, use the option Save As. You will be asked for username and password and once you've entered this information, you will be asked where you'd like to save the file.

If you're still getting the error, you will need to check the permissions of the folder where you're trying to save the file. You can do that easily via properties of the folder in the explorer.

Also, make sure you're not trying to save the file in the wrong format as that could cause the problem.

Best regards,
Drake Vivian
