I have heard about Open Office and have never used. As I got a good opinion about it from my friends, I am interested to download the same in my Windows XP, Please provide me a bit details about Open Office and do let me know, from where should I download Open Office 3.3 for free.

Unlike Microsoft Office that is distributed commercially, the Apache OpenOffice is a free program and its direct rival on productivity suite.
