When I try to call someone using my One Plus 7 pro on Google Duo, the image of the person on video call appears on the screen, after some time it movies slowly and then it stops. I tried to force stop the application, delete the application, restart the phone and then reinstall it but nothing is working. How can I fix this issue?
It must be a software issue. Or maybe that android app must not be supported by One Plus. Try using it after decreasing the quality of the video call. Or try to update Google Duo if an update of it is present on the play store. If still, it isn’t working you can try to factory reset your phone, it will work fine if the problem is with your phone. If still not working it definitely is a software fault, try to the bug problem so that when they update it, they will make sure to resolve this issue.

If you have a problem with the video feed when calling with Google Duo, check your signal strength. Since this is a video call, you need to have a good signal or strong signal to receive a good video feed from the other line. Another way is to shift your call via internet connection.
On the other hand, if you are calling via internet using data connection, this method still relies on signal strength. Try transferring to a location where you can receive high signal. If you have a Wi-Fi router at home, shift your connection via Wi-Fi and don’t move too far from the router. Try also updating to the latest Google Duo.
