These two systems have its own advantages and disadvantages by their side. When I am talking about the stability of hard dish and as well as the files that stored in hard disk, I will prefer NTFS. Although sometimes you just need to use the fat32 system. Earlier, FAT 32 overcomes the lagging of FAT system file. And, now, NTFS file system overcomes FAT 32 with its high speed file transfer system.
FAT 32 involves 137gig limit. You should know that it’s for ATA device. Now SATA devices improved, SO, I will recommend you to use NTFS
