No OS found. Please install a OS for your phone

Hello,

After I “cleaned” my BlackBerry using BBSAK this error appeared and tells me that No OS found. I am scared because I might delete everything from my phone, even OS. Please help me !!! Can anyone have a solution for this ? What should I do ?

Hello There,

Install the OS on PC first. Then follow Load OS approach using apploader.exe.

Go to the following path< this may differ depending upon your actual installation path>

C:/ > Program Files > Common Files > Research in Motion > apploader

Or

C:/user/appsdata/RIM/Blackberry

Now delete vendor.xml, and then select apploader.exe

After that you need to follow Load Os approach, using your PC
