Network Connections Folder is Missing

Hello,

I am having problems with my Network Connections folder or the Local Area Connection. I can’t seem to find it. When I tried to refresh the network connection folder, an error pops out requesting me to enable the network connection services. If I clicked on the network connection icon, the folder is empty. I can’t change the IP address since my Local Area Connection icon is missing as well.

How can I make it visible again?

First check that you have the drivers installed for the device you want to run. For this purpose you can check the device manager and check the network card. If it works then you need to check the settings for your network card.

Go to start and control panel and then from there you need to go to network and sharing center and then you will be able to change the adapter settings to make changes to your connection. If it is not shown there then make sure your hardware is working properly.
