I need help regarding the scroller of the touchpad of my laptop; it gets unresponsive sometimes and sometimes it simply stops working. I doubt that there is an issue in the touchpad driver, please tell me which driver should I download to fix the problem?

You did not specify what brand of laptop you have. If you have a DVD driver on your laptop, just put it in your DVD-rom and it will play automatically, then select the touchpad driver and install it.
