Need help with Open GL Error

Error:

An error occurred in the following addon:OpenGL

When I open the 3D window this is the error message that appeared. Please help. Thanks

Need help with Open GL Error

I really don’t get it as to how the error happened while you are using your computer. It’s not clear where the error came from. Like for example, were you opening an email attachment when the error pops up or were you opening one of your desktop applications when the error hits you.

It’s really hard to determine where the error would come from. You are saying about opening a 3D window but from what application does it from.

If you were opening an email attachment when the error happened, try not to open the attachment directly from the webmail application.

Download the attachment first on your local hard drive then open it after the file has been completely downloaded. Be sure to scan the file first for any sign of infection. You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check the system.
