Need help to Create Fillable Form in Word.

Hi all,

I want to create a survey form for my Employees. For that, I will need a Word File in which they can fill the content. How can I Create Fillable Form in Word?

Need help to Create Fillable Form in Word.

Hi,

You have to enable the Developer options before you start your task.

1) Open the MS Word Document.

2) Click on the Office Button and click on the “Word Options.”

3) Select the Popular tab, and place a tick in the box that says, “Show Developer Tab in the Ribbon.”

4) You will see the Developer Option on the Toolbar.

5) Place the cursor where you want to add the unit that you want the employees to fill.

6) Click on the “Design Mode” in the Developer Tab.

7) Now, choose whether you want Rich Text or Plain Text Content Control.

8) Click on the suitable Icon. (Aa for Rich text, and Aa for Plain text)
