Need help and assistance with address book recovery

Hi guys,

I just recently reformatted my laptop. I have back-up my files, but unfortunately I forgot my address book. Can you help me with my address book recovery? Any suggestion would do. Thanks. By the way, I am using Windows XP.

If the address book was not backed up (assuming you are talking about Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express), then unfortunately, there isn't any way of retrieving them from a formatted laptop.
 
However, if your address book was also stored in the main Webmail/Microsoft exchange account, then there are chances that the address book was synced with your mail server on the web. In which case, you can access your Webmail and export your contacts from the Webmail and then import the same on your formatted laptop.
