Need a good automatic track splitter Mac for converting LP to CD.

I have a very old recording of a concert but there are no gaps between songs instead there are claps and comments anyway is there a automatic track splitter mac with excellent user interface (i.e. easy to understand) which I can use to split the file?

Since you have a very old recording of a concert and there are no gaps between songs instead there are claps and comments, any automatic track splitter software with excellent user interface will help you split the tracks. The best software for this is Audacity which is free and provides lots of settings for high quality.

Hello Joan,

There are many automatic track splitter software are available in the internet which will help you to split your file so easily. Among them one of the best is audacity which supports Mac OS x. It’s an open source audio editing program which comes with many USB turntables.

One more thing, it has not built in mp3 support but you can enable mp3 options through add-ons. You can download the latest version of audacity from filehippo.
