The Manager of my Region has given a Self-Assessment Paper to me. In that Paper, there are spaces left for filling Personal Strengths and Weaknesses. I need someone to give Examples of Performance Appraisal Strengths and Weaknesses.

First of all, don’t ask for examples. An Appraisal Form is not something in which you can copy and paste the data accordingly. The Information has, to be Honest and Constructive. Everything happens for a purpose, and the purpose of Self Assessment lets your Manager know what the Employees feel about themselves.
Fill the Strengths and Weaknesses honestly. Let your Manager know that you are proud of yourself, and you know where you can improve more. I wish you Best of Luck.
