I have multiple Computers and serials for one game, but only have one game CD. Are there any USB network hubs that would allow two or more computers to see the same DVD ROM to access the CD ? so that each computer can verify the DVD presence, at the same time?

Yes you can do it easily. In the market you can find 4 or 8 port USB switch.
After connect your entire computer with the USB switch, you need to share your DVD ROM for all computers.
Please follow below steps for share DVD Drive.
1. Open MY Computer then right button click on DVD Drive then click Sharing and Security.
2. New window will open as same as picture. Now click Sharing tab from new window. Then select Share this folder. Make sure that Maximum Allowed option also selected.
3. Now Click Apply and finally click OK.
Now go to others computer and try to open this shared DVD ROM from My Network place.
