I am unable to play videos from any site using my Samsung Star gt-s5233; this is despite the fact that this gadget has all the features and software in place. Â What is the cause of this problem? Please help

Your gadget has features and software’s that would play this but one factor is the Adobe Flash player. When you tried to play these videos does it come up with an error to download an Adobe Flash Player? If so, you can just download this software so you can play these videos.
If you are trying to watch these videos on Youtube.com unfortunately your gadget do not support the .flv files (typical file formats in Youtube.com). Samsung Star gt-s5233 maintains the avi, wmv, mpeg-4 and 3gp. There is a certain program that you can use from your PC to convert videos to .flv files format so you can watch videos on your phone.
Are you able to access the internet generally using you phone, even before we come to playing videos from the internet with it? Playing videos on the internet using your mobile phone will require that your phone has access to the internet, and therefore you will need to check if there is a problem with the settings and rectify it. Okay.. I will check all my settings on my unit regarding the adobe flash player and other settings.. At least I’ve got the idea about what is needed to play games and other applications. Techyv thanks for the help.
