My Panda Internet Security gives me error code 12152

Hi guys, We had a power outage at home the other day and my computer had an improper shutdown because of it. Since then, my Panda Internet Security keeps on giving me error code 12152.  Any advice? Thanks.

My Panda Internet Security gives me error code 12152

Hello Charles! I would like to ask for the operating system on your computer. It is possible that your Panda internet security has been corrupted because of the improper shutdown. It is also possible that your computer or laptop has been infected by a Trojan, adware, spyware, etc. I believe the former is more likely what your are experiencing right now. I would suggest that you run System Restore on your computer to restore it to a state when your Panda Internet Security was still working. If that does not work and you are still getting the same error code you may have to uninstall and re-install your security software. Hope this helps.
