My Laptop doesn’t establish connection with wireless network

My Laptop has Netgear (N) and  Router is Linksys (N). Most of the time in our office we have to unplug the router and then plug it  before the laptop connects. Other Laptops connects with the router just fine. But my laptop not. Is the problem in my Netgear card?
