I have set up a heat map in windows high performance computing to show 3 statistics in every given box. Whenever the servers are using a lot of the memory, I open HPC and the heat map is turned back to the default state. Why is that? In addition, when I close it, it takes a lot of time to open again. Why? Please help.
My heat map settings do not show in windows HPC
Hi, Abbigailantonia I think the problem is that you're using to much memory data or transfer data. This is the reason in many cases why HPC return to default state. Try to turn it back on and try to minimize your data transfer load and if there's any changes on your setting. Â Try to check on this also HpcClusterManager(UI), the preference file are stored under user's home path (%HOMEPATH%AppDataLocalMicrosoftHpc4.0AdminConsole), so if the preference file was deleted, it will use the default value.
