My data in Virtual disk has vanished
Recently, I installed VMWare Server 2.0 but yesterday, I lost all the data's on the Virtual Disk. Is there a way that I can recover my data again? If so, please help me. Thanks.

Roland,
You can use a recovery software to try to get back the files you had. The Hiren’s BootCD is normally considered an invaluable tool because it has a variety of diagnostic tools that include an assortment of recovery programs. If you can get your hand on it, you can apply any of the recovery software to try to recover your data. A notable one is the recuva(which you can download off the internet in itself also).
After installing the recovery software, you will need to create another virtual drive in which you are going to store the files that you have recovered. You can use vmware for this. However, you can also use an external hard drive to store the recovered data.
Now you can run your recovery software, all this while making sure that you select a separate location for recovery. Look at this example from recuva:

If you do manage to recover your files, I would recommend you to use the VMware Data Recovery tool that you can get at https://www.vmware.com/products.html. If you have it and you scheduled a backup then the recovery process should be pretty straight forward.
Good luck
