Missing Files or Folders: Is it Virus or Computer Lag?

Hello!

It's been a while since I noticed that files and folders I used to have are gone missing.

So I scanned my computer but still futile, is it a virus or just a computer lag?

Because every time I manually type the filename or folder name it appears.

Hello,

It's possible to be a virus, but also consider that someone deleted your files. Also another possibility is that your files are hidden by operating system. This done on system files to ensure that you don't delete files by accident.

Download Avast antivirus software and scan your computer to be sure you don't have any viruses.

Hello

You might be looking for the files and folders which are not present in the location where you are looking.

Might be they are available in some other location.

So when you are searching them they are available.

So check out the location where you placed them.

Otherwise it may affected by the virus. So your anti-virus moving those files.

If the files and folders are accidentally deleted by you.

You can get back your files by the softwareRecuva.
