In addition to sending invites and scheduling meetings, you can also use the Outlook Calendar to schedule resources like the projector, meeting rooms, and auditoriums. Here is how you can do it.
- First, make the profile of the resource in Exchange Server
- Open Outlook with the same profile
- Go to Calendar Options
- Click on Resource Scheduling.
- Select the appropriate options.
- You are done.
