I'm running my Office Groove when a message popped up saying that Microsoft Office Groove has encountered a problem and needs to be closed. I can’t remember having a problem with Groove until today.

It automatically closes the program and this message appears.

What happened?

I tried to run it again, and the same message appeared. Why is my Microsoft Office Groove encountering this problem?

Hi,

This is not a big problem. The best way to solve the error is to replace this version of Microsoft Office with a new version.

There is a new version available. Just go to control panel and then add or remove program and then uninstall current software and run a cleaner such as CC cleaner, Reginout cleaner ,etc. and restart your computer. Then re-install the new version of Microsoft Office 2010 portable.

If you have virus then remove it first. Another reason is that maybe your computer is corrupted with virus. So you need to use an updated antivirus and scan your computer. When you're done with it, use some data recovery software to recover your lost data.
