Hi Annotator,

The Office 365 would provide more security to your data in terms of emails and PDF attachments.

I have done some research and I am going to be explaining this device to you so you understand what it does exactly.

1. The Office 365 was designed using key principles Microsoft Trustworthy Computing initiative. The reason they designed it like that is simply because they wanted to ensure that data is highly safe from risk and threats.

2. They also coded rights management in Office 365, which it does provide protecting emails, messages, dcpi, emts in sharepoint.

3. If you did not know already you do not need to install anything in order to use the Office 365. All you have to do is connect your desktop version of Office 2010 and 2007 to Office 365. Microsoft will provide a Office 365 customer installable piece of software for you. Called Office desktop setup. If you do not know where Office desktop setup is. It is in your Office 365 administration center.

4. The Office 365 will consist of four tools- Office Professional Plus, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Lync Online, I looked up the cost for you and the cost is $24 per user, per month which is not a bad deal at all.

Office 365 will help you work from virtually anywhere on nearly on any device such a pc, Macs, iPhones. Androids even Blackberry. It works remotely which would mean it works anywhere with the access to the information you need for consistent and secure experience.
