C:MySpreadsheet.xls contains macros.
Macros may contain viruses. It is always safe to disable macros, but if the macros are legitimate, you might lose some functionality.

I work as a data entry. My job requires transferring information to MS Excel. Several times, I have encountered this kind of error. What does this mean?
How do I respond to this prompt? What will I do if the macros contain viruses?
Message: Macros may contain viruses
This is a new kind of virus found in MS excel. Such kind of virus uses the program’s own macro language of programming, just to distribute them. Not like the previous kind of viruses these don’t harm the programs but actually they infect the documents. So if you are receiving the error message regarding macros it means that your machine is infected with macro viruses & to get rid of them you need to download the software which is helpful in removing the macro virus from your machine so that you work & save your documents without any problem. Go to the following link & download the desired anti-virus Download Link1
