Hello,

I use McAfee for long time. It's such a nice and hassle-free package I have ever used. But recently I am encountering following problem when it tries to backup data online. I am sure that my internet line is ok. Usually I uses broadband that connects 24 hours to my pc. If you have faced same problem before or know the solution, please share with me. .

Hi Sithya,

First thing to do, check to ensure that your time, date and regional settings on your computer are correct, otherwise change them accordingly. To check the date, time and zone settings, simply click on time identifier which should be in the bottom right corner of your computer screen. Next click on "change time and date settings". Click on change date and time to change the date and time of your computer. When you are done click on 'change time zone' and change the regional settings accordingly.

If that does not work then go to the control and locate language and regional settings and change the date, time, and time-zone from there.
